My Story
Hi, I’m Binu Sebastin (Williams)—your local home baker and the hands and heart behind Binu’s House of Bread.
What began as a simple Christmas wish from my husband—“Could you bake me a sourdough loaf?”—turned into a calling. I learned, I failed, I tried again, and somewhere between feeding a starter and pulling that first golden loaf from the oven, I fell in love with the process. I started sharing loaves with friends and family, and their joy nudged me to take a small, faith-filled leap: turn this passion into a tiny bakery that serves our community.
What I Believe
Good bread should be honest, nourishing, and delicious. I bake in small batches, with care you can taste. My goal is to offer treats that feel special enough for a celebration and wholesome enough for everyday life.
